50-minute Court-ordered, reunification, therapeutic mediation, high conflict therapy, or complex family dynamics therapy

90-minute Court-ordered, reunification, high conflict therapy, or complex family dynamics therapy

***These cases do not qualify for free consults. These consults are 50 minutes and are paid.
Consultation is $150 per 50 minutes. When booking, please send necessary court paperwork for the call.
$250 -Includes any necessary letters/court documents reviewed per 50 minutes/consultation with outside parties
$500- Responding subpoenas/Therapist being subpoenaed per hour plus mileage costs to and/from court
50-minute EMDR therapy session

EMDR and Brainspotting Intensives Individuals & Groups
Can be for recent traumatic event (car accident, sexual assault, natural disaster, etc.)
Format includes: Assessment to determine if client qualifies for intensives; Desensitizing and/or Reprocessing event (depends on case on which plan occurs)
This can be done in a family/group session
Assessment is 1-2 hours and other sessions are 3-4 hours depending on case.

Sliding Scale
Our therapists do offer sliding scale (lower cost for therapy) based on financial need and circumstantial needs. We use the US Poverty Level (link) and personal situation in order to determine the cost. Please discuss this with our Office Staff or Clinical Director. Inquire for more information.
Good Faith Estimates
You are entitled to receive this “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, the form we provide is an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services from the provider(s) listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here.
This Good Faith Estimate is not intended to serve as a recommendation for treatment or a prediction that you may need to attend a specified number of psychotherapy visits. The number of visits that are appropriate in your case, and the estimated cost for those services, depends on your needs and what you agree to in consultation with your therapist and clinic. You are entitled to disagree with any recommendations made to you concerning your treatment and you may discontinue treatment at any time.
This form will be provided to all private pay clients at the beginning of therapeutic services.
